We have suffered Homeliness 3 Times the 1st time accorder on the 30th day of October 2008 a Legal Document sent to us by Meath County Council Solicitor's  an "Affidavit" it had been withheld rom us by An Post Enfield Co Meath owned by the Daly Business People of Enfield Co Meath We had refused to Pay Rent In Protest to Meath County Council because of Anti Social Behaviour by Neighbour's mainly by North Western Africans CRIMIMALS Illegal Landline Extension on to our Private Land Line and Spyware on to our PC we lived at No 24 Blackwater Close Enfield Co Meath we had move from No 22 Mornington Height's Trim Co Meath because we were been constantly Harassed through the Social Work Department by Raymond Butler his Wife Marie Dempsey and their Relative's Sharon Dempsey and Rory Quinn through False Reporting of Child Abuse section 5 of the Protection of Persons Reporting Child Abuse Act 1998 also harassed and tutored by  Mr Robert Payne of No 17 Mornington Way Trim Co Meath and his Alcoholic Wife with false Reports of Child Abuse and Neglect in regards to our son Alex 

1.  the 1st time in regards to Alex was on the 100th day of December 2001 Alex was only 4 & half Months old removed from our care on the 23rd day of December 2001 because of false reporting about his Baby Bottle's that we did not have a steriliser for him when we really did, other allegation's that I had allied Physical  abused his older Brother Dylan Payne after Dylan was in a Car accident and banged his right Ear the Driver had been Robert Payne on there 23rd day of April 2001 other allegations made in regards to our care of Alex by a Ms Catherine McCabe of No 41 Griffin Park Trim Co Meath that we were intoxicated in Charge of a Minor at a Child Christen Party on the 8th day of Decemmber2001 I had been Engaged to do this Christen Party to Play Music as a DJ 80s and 90s Music  I was their to do a Job my wife Annie and our baby son Alex came along because they had been invited to the Party by our Friend who I was employed to DJ FOR  Ms Catherina McCabe had been their with her Child she had Gate Crashed the Party and had been asked  to leave she would not & is  a cousin to State Solicitor Helen McGovern of 1 Kennedy Road Navan Co Meath 

 2. In 2002 while Alex was in Care interference by Social Workers within my Employment in Irish Rail  who allowed False Reporting of Child abuse to be mirrored into my Employment in Irish Rail through Contractors employed by Irish Rail relatives of Raymond Butler and his Wife Marie Dempsey No 7 Swift Court Trim Co Meath and members of the bedrail Fina Gale Party on this occasion the did not manage to destroy my employment however started to suffer from "Stress Over Load" the medical term for this is (Aerial Fatigue) On the 2nd day of November 2002 had been Stopped by an Irish Police Office  / member of the Guards who taught I was Intoxicated while Driving  they did not realize that I was after getting an attach of (Armenia Fatigue) that Simulates Diabetes  I had been wrongful diagnosed with having Diabetes 2 it was not on my Driving Licence this was the Problem the Police Officer had I wasn't over the legal limit This Police Officer taught we had a Child in the Back of the Car as this had been reported to them in Athboy Co Meath it was a Big Doll belong to our son Alex that was in Care and would be shortly returned to us The Person who had made this allegation to this Police Officer was Ms Sharon Dempsey of No 3 Griffin Park Trim Co Meath she had know we were getting back our son Alex in December 2002 she was involved in the Care of Dylan Payne and also involved in the Murder of his Sister Shannon Marie Dempsey on Christmas day 1998 does Dylan care not all other allegation's that had been made into my Employment in Irish Rail that my Wife and I neglected Dylan Payne that I Physical Abused Dylan Payne annd had Molested him (Sexual Abuse) that my Wife Annie was reconcile for her daughter Shannon Marie Dempsey death by Neglect 

3.  In 2003 I had been our Sick with Stress Over Load from iris Rail, our Family Car had been stolen on us while I was out sick from Irish RAIL / C.I.E so that I could not return back to work my CAR was very essential to my Employment it had been Stolen by CAR Sales Manager Kevin Murray nee Craven that worked behind his Relatives Premises TEAM PROPERTY CAREY Main St Enfield Co. Meath and by Bank Teller Philip The Player Payne within Bank of Ireland Enfield Co Meath 

4. they also went on to Steel my Family Home at Station Yard C.I.E. / Irish Rail Enfield Co Meath 2007 tried again in 2013 into 2014 ad were caught out in December 2019 involved Mrs Eileen Payne her daughter Mrs Elain McGuinness nee Payne related to Criminal (Cyril McGuinness) The Paymaster of the brutal Assault on Kevin Looney in September 2019 

5. The Individual's involved in that Brutal Assault on Kevin Looney are the very same ones Targeting my wife and I  what is that to say to you we also gave witness to the cars used in the assault while Living at Apt 9 Railway Lough, Corporation Land's, Belturbet Co Cavan H14P873

 

This Home at Apt 9 Railway Lough, Corporation Lands, Belturbet Co Cavan H14P873 was Stolen on us through White Collar Crime and Corruption  (MASON HHAYYES ANND CURRANN SOLICATORS ARE OUR SOLICATORS WITHIN CIVIL MMATTERS) Stolen by by Michael O Dwyer of LPS Direct Ireland Ltd (Co Limerick)  and his Brother In Law Dennis Fitzgerald a relative of a different Craven Family and Closely related to the fumier Minister for Children and Youth Affair's Frances Fitzgerald of the Bedrail Fina Gale PARTY 

Both also relatives of the fumier Multi Billionaire Sean Quinn  and his greedy family. 

 

we had reported a Matter of alleged Sexual Abuse against the Child Dylan Payne in March 2001 we did not know who the Perpetrator or Perpetrator's were my Wife Found out in 2015 that it had been her STEP FATHER Robert Payne a member of the Orange order  others Older Boys Raymond Butler Jr nee Dempsey nee O Brien  and his Cousin Liam Wallace nee McCabe  My WIFES Annie  Biological father was Hugh Hehir who died on the 8th day of May 1988 TRYING TO FREE IRELAND Annie is also known in the Music World as DJ HEHIR 

 

6.  March 2005  our son Alex goes into care for the 2ns time alleged Intoxicates in Charge of a Minor our Son Alex while we lived at No 22 Mornington Height's Trim Co Meath  on the 10th day of March 2005 I had approached a Youth a Mr Kelly originally from Co Dublin living in Bolivar Co Meath because he was town Stone's at our froth Window I asked him his Stop his reply was to assault me I need up with a Broken Nose and teeth around 10 minutia's before this Incident a Ms Bevan Quinn had vibrable abused my Wife Annie in front of our son Alex seated in his Buggy she had accused Annie of Murdering her daughter Shannon Marie Dempsey on Christmas day 1998 I challenged her in front of her friends they all ran into a Shop, I was at home in Bed I did not feel very well after been assaulted by Mr Kelly 4 Members of the Guards had called to our Home Bevin Quinn had contact the Guards and said I had Manhandled her   I had not put a hand on her only toled her some home Truth's  as Annie explained to the Guards 

We had made a Statement to another member of the Guards at Trim Garda station Co Meath  against Mr Kelly 

 

Mr Kelly was always having around with Bevin Quinn he used to visit her at her parents Home at No 26 Mornington Heights' Trim Co Meath we did not know at the time that in face he is a relative of hers and that of the fumier Multi Billionaire Seann Quinn future Son In law Stephen Kelly 

 

These Kelly's in Bolivar  Co Meath had been targeting my relative Public House owner Cllr Tommy Linehan of the F.F. Party within Trim Co Meath 

The 18th day of March 2005 we had gone down the town of Trim Meath to pay some Bills our son in his Buggy,  we went into the Emmitt Tavern Public House for something to eat and a Drink  we got a Boles of Soup I could not really eat  anything with a broken Nose and teeth when Annie's STEP FATHER Robert Payne had walked in he appear Intoxicated came over to our Table and trye3d to start an argument with us he was been watch by the Bar Persons then he tried to assault me he was Put out of the Pub we had called a Taxi in fear of what had happened on the 10th day of March 2005 we went out the side Door and Waited for our Taxi  then a Squad Car pulled up it was Garda Jennifer Donovan related to Mrs Josephine Daly nee Daly nee O Briean owner of the Bridge House. Public House, Enfield Co Meath and An Post Enfield "not for very long more if my family have their way."

 

She accused me of  Drunk in Charge of a Minor as I couldn't speak Probable with a Broken Nose and Teeth which was quite Visible to her she order me back up home with Alex's Buggy and Order Annie and Alex into the Back of the Squad Car she was Driving I SWARE TO GOD IF I EVER COME ACROSS THIS PSYCHOPATH I WILL KILL HER 

 

Alex went into care for a 2nd time for 3 Weeks Donovan on the 17th day of December 2003 Contact Social Worker Fiona Daly a relative of hers tried to Bring out and Imply that I was Intoxicated in Charge of Alex on this day She had nearly hit Alex in his Buggy with the Squad Car she was drive she when up on the Footpath another junior  member  Guard Passenger got on to her and said I seen what you did you nearly hit that child in his Buggy she Order me to put the buggy in booth of the Squad car and order Alex and I into the back of the Squad Car 

 

My Wife Annie had been speaking to a Friend they had noticed Mr McCabe of No 41 Griffin Park Trim Co Meath going to aa Public Phone we had went into a Pub to Get out of the Rain we had been shopping in Lidl at the Other End of the Town the Rain was coming down in Bucketful's as I wheel up Alex up home in his B.M.W. Buggy I had noticed Paul Dempsey sanding with a Mobile Phone welded to his Ear  he was standing outside a Public House in this Usual State Intoxicated 

 

In relation to Child Care Proceeding in March 2005 we had noticed Mr and Mrs McCabe of No 41 Griffin Park Trim Co Meath sitting in the waiting room  at Navan District Court representing Co Meath State Solicitor Ms Morrisey a relative of Johnny Morrisey associated with t KOCG  she also did on the 10 day of March 2004 to seek a Supervision Order on us and Alex Garda  Donavan was in the Court Room and her relative Social Worker Fiona Daly before a Relief Judge while the regular Judge John P Brophy had taken Holidays this shit was always pulled on us when Judge John P Brophy had taken his holidays 

 

False Allegations was made to the Strange Judge that I had been Stopped for Drinking and Driving on the 2nd day of November 2002 and was Prosecuted on the 3rd day of December 2003 and had left ourselves with a Limited Capacity to Provide for Alex's Physical and Emotional needs  my Wife Annie could not make it to Navan District Court from Trim Co Meath however had Contacted her Solicitor in Legal Aid and referred the Matter to them They got No Supervision Order on Alex and us with their pack of fucking lies.

You may have Noticed a lot of Name Association within this Web Page it is very Difficult for the Courts to deal with anything unless you use Nicknames such as Mrs Eileen Payne nicknamed as (EVIL EILEEN) other her son (Philip The Player Payne) their criminal's and deserve no better  Prison is the Place for them.

On the 10th day of October 2008 Case regards a different Tennent of Meath County Council living in Athboy Co Meath with before Trim District Court on this Occasion the Judge of the District Court did give an Order of Repossession The Affidavit sent to us in August 2008 and withheld at Ann Post Enfield Co Meath by the Daly Business People of Enfield Co Meath was Registered in the Sherriff's Office together with False Documentation that had been Ready on the 26th day of September 2008 on this day we had also made an application under the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 in relation to the Anti Social Behaviour we were suffering we had also reported matters to the Housing Investigations Officer Mary The Lam Carey at County Hall Navan Co Meath The Nick Name Mary The Lam Carey was given to Carey because of her involvement with Veteran Dublin  Criminal Fran The Lam Cunningham of No 1 Mofinrath Enfield Co Meath because of their arrest in regards to Child Kidnapping and had been found by the Guards inn the Possession of illicit Drugs Bench Warrant's Executed on the17th day of December 2007 at No 1 Mofinrath Enfield Co Meath the Majority  off Staff and Customers at the Central Supermarket on Main St Enfield Co Meath see the Bench Warrant's been Excited Carey had been nicknamed by Locals as MARY THE LAM CAREY Cunningham was also noted to be associated with KOCG
